My laptop came with a tablet pc thing, but I dont know how to use it. My computer is a toshiba. I wanna use this computer as a touch screen how can i do that.

I use my touchscreen all the time
did your tablet come with touchscreen? I do not know if you can turn it into a touchscreen. Contact toshiba and ask.
