Fujifilm…?

Question by qtiequawn: Fujifilm…?
I have a fujifilm A330. It’s a 3.2 mega pixel digital camera. I also have a Fujifilm xd M512mb. It’s comaptible to the camera… But it keeps saying card error when I take the pic. It’s the same type of card reader I had when I got the camera a while ago. This is the second one that I have bought and it doesn’t work… The first two card readers that I have that are the same kind work, but I don’t want to delete my pictures off of it…

  1. Firstly, I think you are actually talking about the memory card, which is completely different to a card reader (which is what you put your memory card into and then connect to the PC).

Have you formatted your memory cards in the camera? (in the MENU) which you should always do, especially when used for the first time.

BUT A WORD OF WARNING! Formatting a card will completely delete ALL the photos from your card…but if you want the card to work correctly, then you might have to do it.

Have you tried connecting the camera (with the card in it) to the PC with the USB cable…and upload the photos to your PC?
Or insert your memory card into an appropriate card reader, then insert it into the USB port or your PC and upload your photos to the PC.

Then it would be safe to format your memory card.

  2. go to google and type photo rescue
