Baldwin County Circuit judge Charles Partin ruled late this afternoon that Angel Downs’ Blackberry cellular device may be examined by FBI forensic experts, and that Stephen Nodine may not access common areas of his Orange Beach condo, according t assistant Distict Attorney David Matheny.
