DX4200 has 2.2GHz AMD Phenom X4 9550. It supports Windows Vista Home Premium and has 6 GBDDR2 SDRAM memory. There is 640 GB hard drive. This gateway is proper for gaming system. But, if you want to edit video, Dell is a better choice. The vendor, Gateway, gives us one year warranty of DX4200.
Strength:
In its price ranger, Gateway DX4200 has best overall system. If we compare with Dell’s Inspiron 518 which has the same price and both of them support Windows Vista, we get that Gateway uses memory efficiently. Besides, its hard drive is larger.
Weakness:
It’s better if Gateway upgrade its RAM. Actually, the users are happy supports 64 bit Windows Vista Premium with 6 GB of RAM. However, if they needs more than 6 GB RAM, the future applications should be waited.
