Studio Hybrid: Green Product from Dell
Last Tuesday, Dell officially launched Studio Hybrid, its mini desktop. From the design side, Dell focuses on its slim and eye catching because Dell offers six colors. Besides, you can see bamboo as its layer. Even, 95% of the material can be recycled and there is recycling kit system, so we can participate to keep environment. Dell claimed that its product is so efficient in energy using and it is more economical (70%) from usual desktops.
Although the size is 80% smaller than common desktop, it offers various connectivities from DVI, HDMI, line-in and line-out, and SP/DIF. There are also Wi-Fi , FireWire,a slot for Kensington key and 3 ports of USB 2.0. The front side of Studio Hybrid has 8X dual-layer DVD burner, 2 ports of USB 2.0 and a headphone jack. It supports Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo.
There are some good points of Dell Studio Hibrid. The design is so flexible and eye catching. The size is mini and compact. In addition, Dell uses materials which can be recycled.
However, the price ($874.00) is not compatible with the performance. We can buy other cheaper PC that performs more than Dell Studio Hybrid.
