For browing on internet, blind people usually use screen reader software that can change the text on the screen to be sound. Unfortunately, because of its expensive price, we can not see this software in all of the computers. Therefore, the existence of  WebAnywhere can help blind people to browse on internet using usual computers.  This site is a development result by Jeffrey Bigham.

First, the blind people log in to WebAnywhere. Then, write the site address in the column that’s availabel. In the below side address bar, there will be the site that we want. Teks and link amount in this site will be read by WebAnywhere .

Because it has not been perfect,  Jeffrey made WebAnywhere to be open source so other institutions or people can develop it.
