i think in the drop down menu you should always have the play controls regardless of what skin your using. im hoping ice cream sandwich will sort this out

The uploading obviously depends on your upload speed O_o and most americans, have really slow upload speeds.

If choosing to download your songs to your phone, it helps with
consolidating a couple of device, like a phone, and mp3 player, into
just carrying a phone. That could appeal to any customer.
Then again, just having a large 32gb micro sd card in your phone
can eliminate carrying two different devices in your pocket.
Too bad you don’t have access to your micro sd card. :
