The building you guys mentioned was the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel best view of time square as the black wall has a restaurant in between two of the ad billboards which you can’t see from the outside very well but at night it’s awesome. You also use it for your election TV coverage I noticed when Obama won they announced the seat in NY . It’s also called the ‘The Liberty’ in GTA
Often when I’m in Times Square I get the intense urge to just start shooting, smashing, and exploding all the stupid ads and things. Thank you, video games, for offering me so many safe, economical opportunities to indulge myself in such pursuits.
@aDinoSupremacist You are thinking the Flatiron building, and no, that is One Times Square, also known as 1475 Broadway, New York Times Building and New York Times Tower (thank you Wikipedia for giving me the other names for that building.)

At 1:20 they are driving a Tucker Torpedo. Not very likely since only 50 were ever made, but cool that they made that reference in the game.
Maybe the programmers share my love of the movie, Tucker, by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Jeff Bridges. Check it out if you’ve never seen it.

@officerbawden17 I am just trying to promote the PC version. Anybody who wants to play this but has not yet, might be delighted to know that a more complete version will be out in November. It’s been hinted that it will even include most of the DLC.
