How safe is it to play Playstation 3 online without a firewall?
Question by Kane: How safe is it to play Playstation 3 online without a firewall?
What could happen? If my firewalls are on I get kicked off the server during gameplay if I even get in at all. On the Playstation Site they say to enter port numbers but I may have did that wrong so I just take them off completely but only when I play online. Help?

nothing can happen there are NO viruses that can affect a ps3 the open ports just means for hose with firewalls it can pass data easier and more freely

well your ps3 cant get hacked so it wouldnt be any harm to ur ps3 but i dunno bout ur computer
You can put the fire walls off because the ps3 can’t be hacked.
the ps3 cant get hacked, but it can have viruses through online gameplay or web browser…
firewalls will protect you from viruses and hackers
