@pNcNat pretty low now I believe. My console has never been banned and I’ve been playing burned games on it for more than a year. This site sends on XBOX Live scan notices to your email.
And NOW, new firmware is out that is supposed to be impossible to detect on XBOX Live. So if you flash your drive with it, you should be golden
What do you think the chances of getting banned are?
You still up and running? Heard alot of people got banned over the christmas 2009 for these mods.

most likely. updates are done through live, so if you can play live, than yes, updates work.

it will play all games. you’re updating it with new firmware that will allow all games to be played. You can play on Live freely if you stealth patch the games, which this site also shows you how to do.

if i flash my drive on the console or whatever that means.does that mean it will only play burnt games and not normal games
its pretty easy to do actually – you have to change the software on the dvd drive of your console. You’ll need to upload custom firmware to your xbox. This site at the link in my description shows you the details of how to do all this.
