@critter505 lol I know all that, and well yeah cost its extremal important, and I’ll be honest too then, as a gamer I’m not worry, after all the games a made for the console not the other way around, lets say my concern were related towards other stuffs.
@Omizuke Think about it this way, the 360 has more ram, yet the sheer power of the processor in the ps3 allows for more multi tasking than the 360. (as well as more moving objects on the screen). To be honest with you the loss in ram is probably the least of my concerns, cost plays more in to whether I will buy the system or not…besides, it’s not confirmed yet.
@critter505 True, and the quad core GPU I know. But the ram is necessary for everything else, like UI and web browsing, considering that the PS3 have 256 of RAM it seams more than enough, but we don’t know how much the UI will pull, of if it will kill it wile browsing, or how multitasking will it be (eg: music +surfing the web + chating or something) I’m just saying I rather have the storage cut and be able to add additional later on than the ram which you can’t alter in the future.
@Omizuke the real power is gonna come from the quad core processor of the psp 2, I don’tcare that much about the ram.
This NGP cut would be stupid, just 256 of ram won’t handle the system well, the storage memory, that’s another story, but the ram? COME ON!
