EVGA P55 Classified 200 Motherboard

When it comes to serious gaming, the EVGA P55 Classified 200 Edition is packed with features to exceed any power users expectations. Built with the new Intel® P55 Express Chipset, the P55 Classified 200 motherboard supports the Intel® Core™ i7 and Intel® Core™ i5 processors in the LGA1156 package. Bringing incredible overclockability to this board using 100% Solid State capacitors, EVGA raises the standard DDR3 memory specification, hitting speeds of 2600 MHz or faster. The new EVGA E-LEET Tuning Utility software allows for adjusting overclocks directly in the OS and an onboard CPU temperature monitor lets you keep an eye on your CPU to keep it from overheating. With flexible support for NVIDIA 3-Way SLI technology, the EVGA P55 Classified 200 Edition brings the best weapons to any application or game. The P55 Classified 200 also uses 300% more gold content in the CPU pins, ensuring a better connection between the CPU and the motherboard. A new feature to the EVGA Classified series of motherboard is Low Inductance Ceramic Capacitors, which are higher quality that the standard capacitors and allow for lower power loss and better energy efficiency, a boon to overclocking. The flexible graphics also make this board ideal for the backbone of an entry workstation system. Six SATA and two eSATA ports deliver amazing flexibility.

  2. @eatshitmrsandman no… THIS IS SPARTA!! D:

  3. THIS IS MADNESS

  4. @darkblood931 This is indeed a top-of-the-line P55 board. So why would you install a Core i3 on this ???
    That’s why EVGA don’t include Core i3

  5. @MYMAnarchy well it says it only supports the i5 and i7 processors in the list so im thinking the processor would fit but wouldnt work properly?

  6. @darkblood931 Of course, Core i3 CPUs also are socket LGA 1156

  7. O yeh, i has a question that you guys an halp meh with :D ,so im on tigerdirect alot and i see motherboards that have a socket interface of LGA1156 and it says at the bottom of it it will only support i5 & i7 but the i3 CPUs have the same interface so would it still work?

  8. @MrQQ91 probably not but check what kind of motherboards it will support like ATX micro ATX etc

  9. @maxitodesinaloa lol yeh right this mobo couldnt run nothing :P

  17. @UTubeLightBulb and wanna sell them

  18. @Bravobawx no. but i think it supports the 775 cooler. unfortunatly you need a new 1156 CPU

  19. since this board is designed to support intel socket 1156 processors, will it still work with an intel core 2 duo processor e8500 which is made for socket 775?

  20. so these board with an nvdia chip to be able to use 5 pci-e x16 2.0 can also be used for ati crossfire?

  21. I like the board, but overpriced. There is one thing disappoint me is no crossfire support (only SLI)

  22. Only worth it if you wanna cut the gold pins off the socket ^.^

  23. @7raczyk previous classified boards are better than this..

  24. I have a question about the Dual Clock Generators he mentions at 8:17 :
Is’nt this a common thing by now? Linked PCIe and FSB Clocks are a thing of the past. I have a normal MSI P45 board and if the two clocks were linked, I would have fried my graphics card several times by now…
