Recent days, we need cooler of semiconductor central point. Actually, the development of microchip is so rapid that chip temperature will be hotter. Therefore, mini cooler is needed. Danamics from Denmark seems know this condition. It uses liquid metal as the basis of CPU cooler in its new product, LM1.

There are two strengths of liquid metal if we use it for cooling big power source and solid. Liquid metal has electrical part that makes electromagnet pump work more efficient. Besides, it has superior ability which is compatible for chip.

Beside using liquid metal, electromagnet pump is used. There are some good points of electromagnet pump, like it does not have ventilation, moving parts, seal, etc. In addition, vibration and sound are not produced. The unlimited MTBF is also a good point.

Consequently, LM1 has cooling power more than other coolers. It just need 1W energy.
