Whats the difference between gaming ram and regular ram?

Question by Adam: Whats the difference between gaming ram and regular ram?
I was wondering if i will notice any difference if i have gaming ram or regular ram when playing games.

    Well, If you are talking about SDRAM, DDR2, and DDR3, you may (not a yes, but a may) be able to notice the difference between SDRAM and DDR3. I have 10gb of DDR3, so i never had to deal with RAM issues. I would get the max amount of DDR2 because its cheaper.

    its kinda same gaming ram could be bigger and faster
