Our Tech Class Each Got One Of These. Me and another person had to install a 2gb memory stick, and then find the MAC address, and install linux and update linux on the netbooks. i do prefer linux over windows it goes more smoothly lol
@KOTOR8898 small (short) battery life? a standard netbook comes normaly with over 10 hours of battery. a standard notebook comes with a 2-4 hour battery.

@KOTOR8898 netbooks are awesome, the batteries are usually the same as a laptop unless you buy the cheapest netbook, theres usually 3 usb ports witch is standard for even laptops, and third when do you use a dvd drive? use a flash drive, and if you really need one for say a new os just buy a cheap external! like he said wtf pissed you off

@KOTOR8898 1. ppl dont complain on how small the iphone/any cell phone ppl see it as the smaller the better.
2.most ppl dont use DVD/CD drives and one ppl do use them its for games but u dont really see ppl playing games on a netbook.
3. i can get a netbook to last up to 9-10h ez. ps believe it are not must ppl leave there laptops/netbooks plugged in.
&fyi with netbooks getting better ever day like the Eee 1015PEM dual core or 1215N with its sweet Nvidia ion graphics card but to each his own

WTF? It contains Windows XP?!?!? Man, I hate Microsoft. shouldnt there be a Mobile os or somthing like that? I do not know the name of the OS, but i know it is not windows XP.
