I really want to get a notebook and sims 3, but i don’t have infinite money, so what’s the cheapest?

Look for notebooks in the 700-1100 range.
Remember that the creator of the sims is known for their limitless number of expansions, so you’d better aim for the high end, since any expansion will require additional resources.
