Microsoft Proposed An an Accuisition Offer to Yahoo Again
On 3rd May 2008, Microsoft proposed an acquisition offer to Yahoo. After a long process, finally Yahoo Inc. formally refused Microsoft’s offer for purchasing them with offering value $44,6 billion, or about $31 every share.
After Yahoo’s refusal, on last Sunday Microsoft said that they’d like to propose an offer again to Yahoo. Microsoft willn’t buy all of Yahoo’s shares, but just purchase some of them. They just will probe an expansion probability in the online services and advertising business. Before that, Microsoft has drawn out their last offer to Yahoo on 3rd May after getting failed to reach a deal with Yahoo.
