Power point is known as presentation service. But, if you want to make an unique presentation, you can create your  online presentation. Check some sites out:

Google Docs
If you often travel by plane, Google Docs seems to be good for you. Google Docs can be an alternative when you think that Google Presentations is too simple and does not provide many options.

Zoho Show 2.0
Zoho Show 2.0 provides many features, themes, and options for your presentation. Even, there are Master Styles for Master slides, Zoho Chat, and clip art.

280 Slides
280 Slides categorized giving good service. You can add YouTube and Flickr  in your presentations. You also may copy it into  power point 2007.  Unfortunately, 280 Slides does not provide many themes and we can not add pictures.
